Shipping FAQ

Yes - we ship worldwide

For Local orders, we currently ship via Posta Plus.

All international orders will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS

* Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
